Silly Billy Store is an Australian-based, limited-drop merchandise brand. All products are printed on demand and shipped from Australia.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Monthly Drops

Silly Billy releases new collections of designs on a monthly basis. Previous drop designs remain available for purchase in the ongoing shop. We reserve the right to retire specific designs at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Silly Billy Store. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any designs without prior written permission.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

Because every Silly Billy product is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
